I dig it. The Eco-Drive bit means that it gains its power from the sun or artificial light sources. Thanks to Old Man CB for this one.

Thanks! Here’s hoping I don’t ruin it as I seem to always do with my watches.

My wife got me an Eco-Drive watch last Christmas. It’s a little thicker than I prefer but it’s been solid otherwise.

Just like eco-drive in Hyundai vehicles / Chrysler/Dodge Minivans?

Just bought this with my Christmas money. It’s solar powered as well, but it’s also radio controlled so it stays matched to an atomic clock and I never need to adjust the time.

I had a Casio before I accidentally killed it. Solid watch.

Very nice! I have a Casio Edifice that works the same way. I love how it will stop moving if it hasn’t been used in a while and sit at 12:oo, then will pick back up and reset itself once you put it on. Impressive bit of engineering if you ask me.

I’m really liking the face on that one. Nice choice! The Edifice I have is solar as well, but I am digging that sat tech that is coming out now. Citizen has the Satellite Wave and I really want one. Awesome watch, just hate it’s so damned expensive.

I can’t seem to resurrect my Casio. Oh well.

That sucks. Is it a solar as well?
